Media
I contribute to public conversations on psychotherapy, altered states of consciousness, trauma, meaning, and mental health.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical practice, research, and education. Because of this, I am interested in formats that allow for both clarity and depth: interviews, podcasts, public talks, panel discussions, written contributions, and educational events.
I am particularly drawn to conversations that approach complex themes with seriousness, nuance, and accessibility. These include the therapeutic use of altered states, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, breathwork, trauma, and the role of meaning in psychological change.
My aim is to bring together scientific rigour, human sensitivity, clinical insight and a language that remains understandable beyond specialist settings.
If you would like to invite me for an interview, podcast, article, talk, or public event, you are welcome to get in touch.
