My research interests revolve around the optimisation of psychotherapeutic models in the context of psychotherapy assisted with altered states of consciousness.

My expertise

Psychotherapy

My approach integrates hypnotherapy, attachment-based and cognitive therapy to achieve and work beyond symptom reduction. A journey through the unconscious layers of the self to foster deeper, truer alignment .

Psychedelic integration

Are you planning to have a psychedelic experience?

Preparing for your journey beforehand and having a space to integrate it afterwards can magnify its transformative potential.

Breathwork

Breathwork in its many incarnations has been used in several traditions and for millenia as a path to reach different states of consciousness.

About

I am a psychotherapist, clinical trainer and researcher at Maastricht University who has been working at the intersection of psychotherapy and altered states of consciousness for the past 15 years.

I believe in integrating what science teaches us about the functioning of the mind, body and spirit with transformational, embodied and meaning-based tools.

Growth stems from within and speaks with the voice of your unconscious.
